The Charles Hotel offers a combination of function spaces with different styles to cater to your needs. Starting from a comfortable seating area or a larger function to 600+ guests, with the option of utilising our Dining room, Lounge bar, Band Room or Beer Garden (smoke free).

Bar Tab - You set a minimum Bar Tab of $1000 for your guests and we will increase it by 20% at no extra cost. For example, if you choose a Bar Tab of $1000, we will increase this to $1200 at no extra cost. If you do not have a limit in mind then we will simply reduce the cost of your total beverage bill by 20%.
Please Note: We practice RSA – Responsible Service of Alcohol – and anyone who appears to be intoxicated will be refused service regardless of which drinks option he or she may be a part of.
